The best thing I enjoy about living in Chandlers is the people. I have met some of my best friends since moving here 3 years ago. We are a family! I see negative post and reviews about Chandlers, but in my mind it’s because they are unhappy and jealous they aren’t part of our family!

What’s not to love about a community with friendly neighbors, beautiful homes and green spaces, parks, ponds, a marina, tennis courts and our own restaurant and club? I love driving my golf cart down to our private beach on Lake Ray Hubbard to watch the beautiful sunsets, sit around a camp fire with neighbors, and catch up on the latest neighborhood events.

We have been here 6 years and I never want to live anywhere else. The people are amazing and walking/biking/golf carting down to the lake is fun. There are always people out playing tennis, swimming, walking. Not to mention that we have an amazing restaurant/club/bar right here in the neighborhood. I feel fortunate to live here.

Chandler’s Landing is a hidden gem. We moved to a rent house two years ago after selling our house really fast. We were looking to build on a couple acres in Rockwall/Heath. After living here for 6 months we knew we had to stay in this neighborhood. There is nothing else like it that compares to everything we have here in this beautiful gated community. We have made the best of friends, and enjoy quality family time in this neighborhood that feels more like a resort. We are close to the city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you can actually relax and enjoy.

Really, what's not to love about living in our amazing community? We have the best neighbors who are always willing to lend a helping hand. We live in such a fun place where there is always an event to attend, a band to listen to, a great dinner at the club, or a relaxing golf cart ride to be had (where you spend half your time stopped and chatting because you run into friends). The kids events are going to be great in 2019! We have involved neighbors who only want to better our community spirit and make it shine. Every time I tell friends stories of our Chandlers Landing fun, at first they don't believe me, and then they always say "NEVER MOVE". You just don't find neighbors and neighborhoods like Chandlers Landing anymore.

I live in Chandlers Landing, and I'd like to say I'm fortunate enough to live in proximity to the best neighbors in Texas! They're really my extended family! Oh, we might not always get along, and we don't always agree on everything, but we're always here for each other...even if we have to go out in the cold dark night to help a neighbor, the rewards far outweigh the sacrifices made! There's no better place to live in North Texas, than Chandler's Landing!!!

We first moved to Chandlers Landing in the late 90’s. When we moved - we just moved to a different house in Chandlers (and the person who bought our house lived in Chandlers too). Due to a job change, we moved out of state. Time goes by and it was time to move again. This time our choice. We moved back to Chandlers. Chandlers is such a unique community - drive your golf cart to friends and neighbors, and now to The Landing in Chandlers. Neighbors always wave to you, or stop and talk. If you need help on something - there is usually someone who is willing and able! Like I said it is a very unique neighborhood and one of the best ones in Texas! Also one of the best places to watch the sunset!

There is not a better neighborhood than Chandlers Landing. It is so cozy and people here love getting to know their neighbors. It’s great for families. I take my kids to the park or the beach here all the time. We love living here.

My husband grew up in the neighborhood and always told me how great of an experience that was for him. We both work in real estate (I previously worked in Interior Design in Dallas) and see lots of neighborhoods so I was drawn to the neighborhood because of how unique it was with architecture and the established feel it maintained.
So, when our family was growing and it was time for us to venture to a new home we focused on Chandlers Landing. We were so excited when the perfect house for us came up! We have lived here since 2010 and just love it for the safe and enjoyable community it is for us and our children. We are looking forward to being here for decades to come!

Becoming a resident of Chandler’s Landing completed me. I wasn’t looking to move, from Buffalo Creek, when a friend brought me to see a home she wanted to buy in Chandlers.
However, a week after my visit, I put my house up for sale and put an offer on one in CL. I’m not sure I can pinpoint the reason I was so drawn to this neighborhood....maybe it hit me when I was walking past the sailboats in the marina as the view took my breath away...maybe I was in awe on how unique each house was... maybe it was the calming sound of the boats passing by or maybe it was the peace I felt when the waves, from the beach, splashed so gently on my feet or maybe I felt safe knowing my daughter and I were in a community where visitors had to state their purpose before entering the gates.
I still can’t figure it out but I look back and realize this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and one I will never change. #God’sCountry

It's BACK, the Community Association owns the Yacht Club, the pool will be opening in May, great events already in the planning stage including memorial Day Celebration and 4th of July events. initially open to the Residents of Chandlers Landing only.

When we moved to Rockwall, Chandler's had everything we wanted in a community: lake access, ponds, fun annual events, and the pool and club! We have become friends with so many neighbors, and it's a great feeling to know our kids will grow up in such a close-knit community.

I grew up in Chandlers Landing, it was an amazing place to live in as a kid! Once we had a family of our own I wanted to move back so our kids could have a similar experience to mine. This is a highly diverse community with a lot of amenities and I am proud to call it Home.
