Chandlers Landing is located in Rockwall Texas which is approximately 22 miles east of Dallas. From I-30 East, Exit 67, Right on Horizon (FM 3097), Right on Ridge Road for about 1.25 miles, Right on Henry M Chandler, Right into The Main Gate Entrance.
Dues Payments
How and where can I pay my monthly dues?
- We have several options available to you; Check, Direct Debit, Bill Pay (electronic check) and Credit Card.
- Check - No convenience fee
- You can mail your assessment payments with coupons to Chandlers Landing Community Association @ P.O. Box 638, Rockwall, TX 75087
- Drop your payment in the CLCA Drop Box adjacent to the CLCA office.
- Direct Debit (automatic monthly withdrawals from your bank account) - No convenience fee
- Meet with CLCA Staff to setup
- Bill Pay (electronic check) - Mutual of Omaha Convenience fee applies
- Credit Card - ATG Convenience fee applies
- ATG Pay through TownSq Account
- Replacement Coupon Payment Booklets are available, please contact the CLCA Office at 972-771-1593.
